Smoked Venison Lonzo (60g)
As regular Lonzo but with venison loin. This is the fillet steak of charcuterie and, with venison's ability to work so well with the milder spices (including juniper and allspice), this has a unique complexity. Cold smoked to take it to a higher level.
Serve finely sliced as part of a charcuterie board.
Venison (95%), salt, black pepper, spices, white wine (sulphites).
