Spicy, smoked Chorizo made with red Rioja wine (100g)


Used in the same way as regular chorizo for a richer, fuller flavour, this is much lower in fat and, as such, is drier than most salami. It can be enjoyed as part of a charcuterie board or used as a pizza topping or crumbled into a rice-based dish such as paella.
