Pork and venison salami with white Ventoux wine (approximately 200g/250g)
This is generally known as a Cacciatore salami, the type that hunters might carry with them when out looking for wild boar. It is thinner and more dense than most salami, packed with flavour from an array of spices and Château Juvenal's delicious white wine.
Enjoy as part of a charcuterie board (or out on a hunt).
