Pork salami with black olives, herbs and Châteauneuf-du-Pape (250g)


Everyone who knows us from our wine business will know that we spend a lot of time in France's Southern Rhone Valley where Châteauneuf-du-Pape is the region's greatest vineyard. We have made this salami (or, rather, saucisson) with wine from Raymond Usseglio (the excellent 2010 vintage), one of the top Châteauneuf producers, with herbes de Provence and black olives.
