Pork salami with black pepper and Barolo wine (250g)


Our love of salami really only started in the tasting room of Filippo Broccardo's winery in Monforte d'Alba where, alongside grissini and cheeses, we were offered delicious salami from the village shop. We visited immediately after the tasting and have created our own version of this simple yet stunning salami (using Broccardo's Barolo, of course).

Pork, red Barolo wine (10%) (sulphites), salt, water, spices, black pepper, dextrose, garlic, onion powder, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate).
